Anna : Es gibt so viele verschiedene regionale Unterschiede und Stereotypen in Deutschland.

Anna : In vielen Branchen gibt es noch immer Stereotypen, zum Beispiel in der Technologiebranche, wo Frauen oft nicht als gleichwertig angesehen werden.

Maximilian : Aber es gibt auch viele Fortschritte und initiativen um diese Stereotypen zu bekämpfen.

Johannes : Ich denke es ist wichtig, dass wir uns bewusst machen, welche Stereotypen es gibt und wie Geschlechterklischees unsere Arbeit beeinflussen können.

Lena : Auf jeden Fall, wir sollten auch darüber sprechen, was wir an unserer Arbeit und Region schätzen und nicht nur über die Probleme diskutieren.
